TIM Brasil, a leading telecom provider, wanted to enhance its appeal to younger users through a community-based app. Our goal was to design a user-friendly platform that engages, retains, and adds value for this demographic.

This forum-like space combined structured discussions and real-time chat, connecting tech-savvy users with those seeking assistance. The app's dual focus centered on solving user issues and showcasing TIM’s additional offerings.
